-roll/dynamic stretches/light swings
*same swing workout and strength reps, but this time with front squat
-5 rounds of the following
*10 swings w/53lb kb, 1 front squat @ 185; 15 swings, 2 f. squats; 25 swings, 3 f. squats; 50 swings
-53 minutes. this was a tough one.
-stretch after.
