more than just a dream

tuesday; gym
-roll/dynamic stretches/light swings
same workout as monday, except with chin-ups as the strength movement
*5 rounds
-10 swings, 1 chin-up w/chain, 15 swings, 2 chin-ups, 25 swings, 3 chin-ups, 50 swings, rest 3 minutes
made it through a bit faster than previous, approx. 47 minutes.
-full stretch

rest day today, back at it tomorrow, with front squats as strength movement.
