the easiest thing to do

gym today.

legs are still pretty sore.
rolled for a little bit, grimacing as though someone was slowly pulling out my toe nails.

(3) cable trunk twist; 5x10/side w/30lbs
(4) dips; 5x10
(4) roman chair; 5x10
