today; did the workout.
got to amherst college turf field around 8:15 after probably the most frustrating and infuriating day of teaching i have had yet. did some warmup stuff, chucked some discs across the field, jogged, chucked back in the other direction.

little more chucking.
2x5 suicides. as stated in my email, was feeling really out of it by about the 6th one. something about the twilight, dehydration, exhaustion made for some interesting running and seeing things. glorious evening and decided the last one would be run much quicker if i had even more motivation to do so. off came the clothes. was already shirtless, so didn't take long to get nekkid.
