well, i am tired. i have been tired for the last week or so.
on monday, i ended up just climbing. no situps or pushups.
yesterday, had a to take a day off because my gas cap broke off at the top of the tank. pain. fixed that and then went and threw around, did some jumping at the backboard stuff. pushup ladder and then situp routine. overall, stayed active. my hamstring/groin on my right side tightened up pretty well. ugh.
today, climbing. hopefully running as well. feeling tired. probably take a quick nap in the car and then hop on the treadmill.
stretching will feel good.
indoor tomorrow night.
