hmm, let's see.
so, i did end up taking that nap. for about a half hour and definitely didn't want to get up and for sure did not want to go f-in run. but i did. spent some time on the treadmill.
warmed up for awhile. the right hamstring was tender, but didn't really hurt. did a nice slow warmup, kicked up the speed, kicked it up again, finished it out strong, and then cooled down. overall, somewhere around 3.4 miles. not great times, but good to move the legs.
climbed, 5 climbs. no stretching or situps or pushups.
last night was indoor. it was allright. tweaked my right hamstring some more and have been wrapping it at night and during the day. oh well. did around 115 situps and 80 pushups while playing and some quick stretching. had a good poach d. for some reason, i have been nervous going up for discs, got to figure out what kind of mental block i have going on.
today, heading to the gym. warming up on the treadmill, stretching, situps, not many pushups, and then lifting for a bit. looking to do a full body lift, same type as before.
should be good and i am actually looking forward to it.
