well, the holiday party has come and gone. good times. lot of fun, lot of booze, lot of little bit of sleep.
on saturday i went for a bike ride. pretty cold. my toes took the worst of it. oh well. the bike ride was around 40 minutes. just up 116 to 47 and back. did a half deck, about, of cards, alternating pushups and situps. somewhere around 115 pushups and the same for situps.
sunday was a rest. meaning a long drive home and couch action.
today, hitting the gym. some running, stretching, s-ups and p-ups, and climbing. will be good to climb with 2 days rest. hopefully it will be much better than friday, i felt pretty weak and wasn't really in it.
not much else to say. more some other day.
update about friday. just climbed for a little bit. my head hurt and i was not feeling it. panzy
