i have been really tired lately. probably a little because of the new workout schedule, probably a little because i have been staying up too late, and probably because it's about that time of year where i just kind of feel tired all the time.
went to the gym yesterday.
ran a moderately difficult, 15 minute hill workout and then got into a calorie war with the woman on the treadmill next to me. that ended up being about 9.5 miles per hour, a level 3 incline for about 8 minutes and i over took her. boom!
did a full stretch and then did situps.
1x27 crunches
1x17 tacos
1x15 roll backs
1x23 crunches
1x15 tacos
1x15 roll backs
1x3 ibeam pullups
that was good. did 5 climbs of varying difficulty. one climb absolutely owned me. i want to try it again next time, but i am not sure if i am quite ready to complete it. we'll see
food log is going well. now the question is, indoor tonight or not? hmmm. that will have to develop on it's own and i will see where i stand a little bit later.
not much else. those things, man.
