skipped the gym with the promise to myself that i would stretch and do situps and pushups once i got home.
got home and actually stretched and did situps and pushups. i was happy.
for pushups i used the pushups bar things for some sets, not for others.

situps were;
1x27 crunches
1x15 tacos
1x15 roll backs
1x23 crunches
1x15 tacos
1x15 rollbacks
overall, not bad. proud that i didn't just sit on the couch. full stretching routine paid off, since i am able to move today. hamstrings are a little sore and my groin is tight.
foot still bugging me......maybe next week doctor.
going climbing today. happy about that. it is a lot of fun and is difficult.
some running before, stretch, situps and pushups, lift for a little bit, then climb.
need to eat a little less and a little better. that's all.
