new kid on the block

gym was solid.

got a pretty sweaty interval workout in on the treadmill.

warmed up for around 7 minutes at around 8 min. miles. turned it up a notch for a couple minutes and then did 1 minute of 6 minute miles, followed by 1 minute of 8 min, and staggered those for 10 minutes total, 5 of each, and then cooled down for around 3 minutes.

stretched

situps and pushups.
1x20 crunch
1x10 staggered pushups
1x15 man taco
1x10 pushup
1x20 crunch
1x15 man taco
1x10 pushup
4x i-beam chinup

lifted for a little bit.

did overhead militaryish dumbell press of 3x10 at 15 lbs.

3x10 each foot calf raises with 15 lbs.

3x10 leg press with 90 extra on sled

3x4 bench press at 115. owned, need to get better at that

stretched a little more and then climbed

5 climbs, 3 really good ones. climbing is pretty sweet and a lot of fun.

not a bad day, i felt good. my foot is still bothering me and i need to call someone this week.

ha, those things.
