it's finally starting to feel like winter, which is nice. i always get worried when it stays warm too long. not that i really do anything about it. kind of happy with the amount of bike riding i have been getting in, even with the cold and even with a pair of my pants getting shredded.
this weekend was a relaxing one, kind of expensive, but relaxing. i spent a lot of quality time on the couch, which was good.
i even got some exercise in.
played basketball, 2 v. 2 on saturday for a couple hours, mixed in with some jumping stuff and ended with navy seals.
1x10 staggered pushup (1/2 down, hold, all the way down, hold, 1/2 up, hold, all the way up=1)
1x20 crunch
1x10 diamond pushup
1x15 man taco
1x10 explode pushup (slow down, explode and try to get air on the way up)
1x15 roll back situp
felt sore the next day, which is good and lame.
rode my bike to and from boyden. about 25 degrees out, good to toughen up the face for winter.
basketball was actually fun. probably because we were all so bad and still slightly competitive.
started my food log. filled it in today. not too bad. little bit regrettable on dinner last night, but i know better now.
pats tonight, pumped.
for today, i am heading to the gym. workout update either tonight (probably not) or tomorrow (most likely)
foot still feels weird and i think i am going to make an appointment with the podiatrist this week to see if i can figure out what i need to do to get healthy and ready to go. (right foot, lower ankle?, top of foot bone spur?)
cough is all but gone, finally. should have got some cough syrup sooner. only, now i am having trouble falling asleep without my nyquil/dayquil/cough syrup cocktail. oh well.
start looking ahead now and make some little sacrifices along the way. makes the big ones seem like cake.
