well. hmmm. i ate a lot the past few days.
i will start with the workouts. friday i went to the gym. did a very difficult hill workout.
20 min. , after a 5 minute warmup.
level 13, speed 8.5.
it was tough. i made it through, but had to change the speed to 7.5 and then 7 around the 15 minute mark.
stretched and then did situps. not sure of the exact numbers, but somewhere around 100.
did arms, overhead dumbell press.
3x10 w/15lbs.
calf raises
3x10 (each foot) w/15
bench press
3x5 w/115
leg press
3x10 w/90 extra
headed to a friend's house for dinner. that was awesome and went out after, which was fun.
saturday left me some time to climb. went to the gym and took our time with 6 climbs each. some tough ones, some easier ones.
later, went to a holiday party with j's professor. ate entirely too much and drank enough to make me not have wanted to consume so much. wasn't hydrated, but didn't need as much as i had. came home and exercised some more vices.
sunday was a day of waste. lots of laying around and sleeping, watching tv. oh well. again, ate too much junk.
today, i am heading to the gym afterwork. might do some interval stuff before climbing, or just hop on and run for awhile, we'll see.
get a stretch in and some pushups and situps.
probably heading to indoor on thursday. hoorah.
