love in an elevator

owned.

first track workout yesterday. did allright, didn't do as well as i would have liked. ran it with a teammate who is a maniac. did 3x400, 3 sets.

at least i was able to get my last one faster than the previous 2 in the set. go out a little slower next week and pace a little bit more.

out of breath, heavy breathing, not feeling good.

was proud for pushing through it, not with overall performance.

going for a nice long 40-45 min. run today. loosen it up, do some squats after, situps, and stay warm. should be nice.

tournament this weekend. start visualizing tight d, smart d, quick feet, and going up strong. your decisions and cutting are controllables. be ready to work.
