now double your money and make a stack

two months since last post.  have been consistently getting workouts in, both lifting and conditioning.

have played a little bit of ultimate, overall, however, the least amount i have played in a long time and i think my body is thankful for the respite.

just going to start back up with yesterdays workout and hopefully get back on track logging these workouts.

in the midst of the rampage program i did a few years ago.  3-month program, in the first month, 2nd week.

thursday; gym
-active warmup
(1) db jump squats; 4x10 holding 10lb plates
(2) squat; 3x5 @ 225
(3) trap bar dl, high handles; 1x7 @ 315
(4) ab wheel; 3x10
(4) shrugs with farmers walk handles; 3x8
(4) split squat; 3x12/leg w/50lb dbs
-stretch

upper body today
