Tough to tell whether or not you woke up this morning to do this or what, but I WILL hold you accountable. For cross-country in the fall we have 6 am practice every morning except monday. If I can do that shit in college, you can sure as hell get up early three times a week to lift now. It gets better once you get your sleep cycle adjusted. The worst is getting up early a few mornings a week and late the other mornings. But don't worry about that. Just effing do it.
ha. well if you college kids can do it...appreciate the accountability check. back at it tomorrow morning.
