med ball chest toss; 10w/10lb ball
plyo pushup; 10

went and threw around with trev at amherst college. did some deep cuts/sprints.

full stretch and a bit of rolling.

Also, I really hope that your new quote by Kipling was a reference to a recently released movie (starring Mr.'s galifinakis and cooper), but I imagine it isn't.

For sure, Kipling is a boss. I'm still in cali but I'll be back in late july for a week or two.
