(2) broad jumps; 3x5
(3) military press; 2x5 @ 110, 1x5 @ 115
(3) side raise w/45lb plate; 3x20 each side
(4) pullups; 5x6
(4) back extension; 3x15 w/45lb plate
(5) plyo pushup; 3x10 (hands and feet up off the ground)
(5) db swing; 3x8 w/50lb db

tried to do some running, but legs were really shot.
