they're taking the hobbits to isengard

last week, i took the whole week off to give my ankle a chance to rest and also the staph a chance to go away.

legs felt good this past weekend, a little bit sluggish since i had rested them, but felt fresh. also had a chance to play with the alums at pat bell, which was very fun.

practice was a good time, good preparation and good running. was quite sore after practice from running in the mud and wet.

stretched on sunday night and then rolled a bunch on monday. also put cleats on, threw around and then did a short sprint workout, focusing on quick steps and powerful, shorter strides. stretched some more after that and rolled more.

ladder workout today. more rolling in order.

Hey Brent. Remember how I ran around 7:40 for the 1.5 last year? Today's workout for me was a bunch of 200s, a 400, and an 800 in a random order broken up by 3x 2250m (about 1.4 miles) each in 7:30. The group above me was doing 3x 2400m (the 1.5) each in 7:30. What I'm trying to say is that when Bodhi lines up against Ironside in pool play, don't be afraid to be great. Everything is possible.
Good luck
