past couple days have been taking care of my ankle and watching as my right heel continually got more gross. figured out that i have a staph infection and got on some antibiotics last night.

did a ladder mouse in the house workout with owen and andrew. exciting to see each person improve noticeably from week to week. owen still shreds us up.

this morning, did resistance band routine.

3x15 squats
3x15 overhead press
1x10 lunge each leg
2x10 bulgarian split squat
3x10 bicep curl each arm
2x30 crunches
2x20 man tacos
3x8 sidesteps each way

later on, went to tufts f-ball field.

thursday- agility workout with the ladder. still not great at it, but definitely getting better.

today- going to do resistance band routine with some situps and full stretch.

last friday; travel/rest day
saturday- played like shit. too many turnovers, no energy. completely in my own head. didn't play last game because of my ankle.
sunday- complete turnaround. felt awesome all day. legs felt fast, springy, and made much better decisions. still too many turnovers.
monday- did the resistance band routine.

tuesday- started feeling really gross and sick late monday and tuesday was not good. took 10 discs and went and practiced release points and fakes. 40 forehands total, 40 backhands total.
today- resistance band routine again.

later on snertzed it. this was really tough. with the cold killing my lungs and whatever sickness i have zapping my energy, the time lagged a little. 47 minutes.

saturday; practice. ankle still wasn't feeling great and the d played like ass, but effort was high, as was intensity.
sunday; ten-ish mile hike on mt.greylock. really fun and pretty tiring.

monday and tuesday; off. trying to get this ankle healed up and wanted some extra rest for the weekend.
wednesday; bought some resistance tubes and did a quick workout in the morning. i want to do this at least 3 times a week right when i get up in the morning.

later in the afternoon, went and did a quick plyo workout.

2x30 yards single leg bounding (2 for each leg)

you know what's more badass than a snertz? doing a snertz by yourself in 40 minutes and 32 seconds.

showed up at the tufts field, noone was there, did snertz.

ankle had been feeling ok, been wearing a brace on it all day, and icing. unfortunately, it has been a very busy couple days, moving a bunch of shit a bunch of times.

today, did a sprint workout.

sooo, did not get a workout in on thursday or friday. rest/travel days.

saturday and sunday- tourney. f-in ankle got sprained in the 3rd game. was able to get it taped and play, but certainly didn't feel good and was hobbling around the field. we had a some difficulties scoring on a consistent basis and need to iron out some of the wrinkles.

played in 2 games on sunday, didn't love how i played in either of them.

monday- rested the ankle, loaded up my moving truck.

tuesday- unloaded all my stuff into the new apt. also, did an impromptu 2 mile run from the uhaul place back to my apartment. also, went for a bike ride through the city, but nothing that really raised my heart rate.

today- hopefully sprint workout at tufts track.
