went over to the tufts b-ball/tennis courts and did a med. ball workout.

3x10 slam ball downward while jumping up
3x10 sideways toss and sprint to catch on one bounce
3x50 calf burnouts
3x8 catch and toss
10 half court sprints
full stretch.
