saturday; practice. ankle still wasn't feeling great and the d played like ass, but effort was high, as was intensity.
sunday; ten-ish mile hike on mt.greylock. really fun and pretty tiring.
monday and tuesday; off. trying to get this ankle healed up and wanted some extra rest for the weekend.
wednesday; bought some resistance tubes and did a quick workout in the morning. i want to do this at least 3 times a week right when i get up in the morning.
squats
overhead press
lunges
curls
sidesteps
later in the afternoon, went and did a quick plyo workout.
2x15 laundry jumps
2x30 yard frog hops
2x30 yards single leg bounding (2 for each leg)
2x30 yards power skip
2x10 rim jumps (just standing on the ground and jumping up and reaching as high as you can, alternating arms each time)
3x20 ankle jumps
2x5 accelrations
quick stretch.
today; built a bed all day long. pretty pumped about how it came out, may even take some pictures.
