treadmill warmup

some active stuff.

2x50 slalom jump
2x8 star jump
2x30 power skips
3x5 side box jumps
3x5 single leg stepup jumps

squat; 1x6 @ 135, 1x4 @ 155, 1x2 @ 185, 2x5 @ 205, 1x5 @ 195. legs pretty much gave out at this point
1 1/4 squat; 2x8 @ 95
some pushups in there
db press; 3x6 @ 60 in each hand
2x30 ab ball crunch
2x20 man tacos
2x30 ab bench
calf raises; 3x20

really felt tired and my quads were already weak. nice stretch and foam rolling at the gym.
