must stretch more

friday was as planned with disc golf, but no stretching. prettty frustrating round of golf, next time will hopefully be a little less looking for discs in the woods and more playing.

saturday was practice with bodhi. didn't feel really great (still recovering from night before) but was good to get out and move around.

sunday practice again and felt better.

monday was vert week 3 workout a.

legs felt stronger and had more zip in them.

also got in 2x30 ab ball crunches
1x20 man tacos

overhead db incline
3x8 @ 45

calf raises
2x14 @ 40

and then a nice surprise of 3 climbs.

stretched a little bit at home.

hoping to get a bike ride in today, over to the team dinner.

sidenote;

my IT band is really sore and has been affecting me for about the past 3 weeks. previously thought to be my hamstring, but after talking with some people it's my IT band. keep icing and stretching and foam roll it out.
