took monday off. really had wanted to do a sprint workout but let my desire to take a day off get the better of me. right now, i am regretting it.
next time you feel like not doing a workout, remember you are going to regret that time off at some point. believe me, it's not worth the regret.

jumping x3/4
nac suicide x 3
nac modified suicide x 3 (baseline to 1/2, back, full court, back)
this looks like it should be a good workout. possibly leaving the squats out, but everything else is a go.
reward yourself with jumping and suicides.
train with fire.
