friday was test drive day.
found a car, drove it, set up to buy it and bought it monday.
i am trying to remember what i did, if anything, for a workout friday. i may have done some situps, but i don't know. so for now i will say, hmmm. let me go check my gmail.

saturday was a gym day.

sunday was a rest day.
monday was a climbing day
6 climbs, some good, some ok with no situps or pushups
tuesday was working out with the high school.
did pushups and crunches with them

1x 1 min. plank
5 ladder x 2
at home
2x10 diamonds
2x10 close to body
1x10 pushup bar.
today, some lifting and climbing. pretty pumped up. hopefully driving home in a new car.
