how to save a life

didn't go running yesterday, went to indoor. wasn't too bad. didn't feel too fast. really need to start working on my stopping, starting, changing directions. need to get quicker. still going to keep focusing on interval/tempo runs and sprints for now. really think next week a track will be cleared and i will be able to start tracks workouts once a week, plus plyos.

did my 3x10 squat jumps. quick stretch.

had a lot of food yesterday. would like to be more careful. i feel like i am finally making some progress, don't want to ruin that. had a good enchilada lunch at veracruzana and then a nasty fried dinner at rafter's. tasted good, but oh well. drink more water.

would like to go for a run today. maybe a hard 3 miler. i haven't run my belchertown route in awhile. going to be very nice to go home right afterwork, no primetime.

discs in the air. even if you don't think you have a play, jump. sprint and jump. don't give up because you think it is too high.

focus on the growing ball of energy inside
