really good run/workout yesterday. went and practiced with zoo and ran with zach and misha. beasts. it was an interval run, 7 min. easy, 5 hard, 5 easy, 5 hard, 5 easy, 5 hard, 5 easy, and then finished with about 3 hard. took a lot to keep up and pace with them. nasty run. did about 5.3 in 32 minutes, overall pace of about 6 min. miles. felt good throughout, but also fatigued but able to stick with it.
once we got back, i did 3x10 squat jumps and then 135 situps.
back is sore, needs stretching as the day goes on. trying to stay loose.
went to veracruzana for dinner for timmy's b-day. fish tacos were delicious and have some leftover beans. went to the moan after, had a black label, went home and went to bed.
good workout day, back on track and will get a double workout in today. pretty pumped.

breakfast was yogurt and granola
lunch was carrot sticks, salad, 2 pieces of bread with peanut butter, apple
granola bar snack
barleywine, glass of whiskey, 2 fish tacos, beer, 1/2 plate of black beans, another beer at moan
not bad, keep it up
