felt tired yesterday. don't really like it, but that's life. wanted to just stay on the couch, but i got up and went running. 2 miles warmup, quick break and started hills. wanted to do 5, only could do 3. felt pretty nauseaus. really gross. going to go back on friday and try again. want to do 5. i feel strong in all my other workouts, frustrating.
had cereal for breakfast. black beans, salad, apple, carrot, celery for lunch. had a granola bar in the afternoon. been doing well at drinking water. also had a piece of pizza before dinner. went to grammy's for dinner. had a lot of corned beef, cabbage, carrots, and beets. some pie for dessert. got owned in sequence, but was able to squeak out a skipbo win.
can't decide on indoor tonight. foot is still acting weird, but i want to get a double workout in. choices, choices, choices. looking forward to a day off tomorrow. relax, get some work done and just cool out.
