did the track workout today.

warmup
dynamic
plyos; same as before
miracle mile
rest
jog 50, sprint 50 x 8
rest
30 yard shuttle (down 15, back 15) x 6
rest
15 yard sprint, 15 back to start, 30 yard sprint, 30 back to start (90 total yards) x 5

full stretch.

felt awesome after this workout. pushed hard and really gritted through.

If you're looking for ideas, the hardest workout that our sprinters/mid-distance guys do on the track is called a 500 breakdown. You run 500m all out, take 5 minutes or so, 400m all out, similar rest, and then 300m all out. Goal is lowest total time. Pretty good for building speed endurance (I think, I've never done one).

around 5 minutes rest between each one?
