private eyes, they're watching you

hit the umass gym with jojobuckets and joebot.

started with the plate complex.

grab a 45 lb plate.
overhead squat - 6 reps
swing - 6 reps
rows - 8 reps
reverse lunge w/twist - 8 (4 each leg)
chop - 12 (6 each side)

rest 90 seconds.
go through 5 times total. did it 14:01, which was sweet.

db fly on bench; 4x6 w40s
db clean and press; 3x8 w/35s
standing military press; 3x8 @ 85
seated row, one handle in each hand, dual pulley; 4x6 @ 70
back ext. ; 3x10 w/25lb plate
rocky decline holding 10lb plate oh; 3x12
man tacos; 3x25
single leg glute bridge. hold for 5 seconds at top; 2x10
bird dog, 5 second hold; 2x10
lying abduction; 2x10
b.p.; 1x3 @ 135, 1X1 @ 155, 1x0 @ 165

bit of a stretch.
