ankle had been feeling ok, been wearing a brace on it all day, and icing. unfortunately, it has been a very busy couple days, moving a bunch of shit a bunch of times.

today, did a sprint workout.

warmup
12x20 w/20 seconds in between
2 minutes
10x40 w/30 seconds
3 minutes
8x60 w/45 seconds
4 minutes
5x80 w/60 seconds
4 minutes
3x100

cool down.
