i hope it's gonna make you notice

sooo, did not get a workout in on thursday or friday. rest/travel days.

saturday and sunday- tourney. f-in ankle got sprained in the 3rd game. was able to get it taped and play, but certainly didn't feel good and was hobbling around the field. we had a some difficulties scoring on a consistent basis and need to iron out some of the wrinkles.

played in 2 games on sunday, didn't love how i played in either of them.

monday- rested the ankle, loaded up my moving truck.

tuesday- unloaded all my stuff into the new apt. also, did an impromptu 2 mile run from the uhaul place back to my apartment. also, went for a bike ride through the city, but nothing that really raised my heart rate.

today- hopefully sprint workout at tufts track.
