it was back to the crib

speed workout in cleats

jogging warmup
dynamic

sprint work with speed parachute.
10 yard pickup to 10 yard sprint x 4
10 yard pickup to 20 yard sprint x 4
20 yard sprint x 4
40 yard sprint x 4
40 yard sprint, release chute and continue 20 yards x 4
full recovery between each one

good workout. didn't feel especially fast.
