good workout. protein shake after and good dinner. happy about the deadlift and rowing.
think i am going to start rowing on days i don't lift, i.e. days i am climbing. that will give me an extra boost for lower back and leg stuff and still getting some cardio in. nice
feels good to be working out, staying where i want to be and enabling myself to make the transition to where i need to be.
