past couple days have been good.
tuesday, went to the gym and did a full body lifting thang.
hopped on the treadmill and did some running. i think around 25 minutes, amped it up a bit for awhile, cooled off.
stretched.
situps and a couple pushups
not going to list the routine here, but around 120 situps and 30 pushups, later on did some more which rounded out to probably 60 total
weights.
overhead barbell 3x10 @17.5
calf raises 3x12 each leg @17.5
dumbell curls 3x10 each arm @20
bench press 2x5 @115 1x3 @125
squat 2x10 @ 115 1x10 @ 125
leg press 2x10 @90 of weights 1x10 @100 of weights
lat pull down 3x10 @90
hamstring curl 3x5 each leg @30
need to do some lower back stuff. probably start with light deadlift stuff and then look into some other exercises
might have been some more things, need to try and remember
wednesday
34 minutes on the treadmill
8 minute warmup
picked up the pace for another 8
5 1-minute repeats, gradually faster and more incline
cool down jog
walk while watching tv
stretch
situps
pushups
5 climbs. got the pink one, made it to the top, pretty pumped
same old things
