running. running. tough run yesterday. first day back after a 3 day rest. felt rusty, tired. was planning on a 5.3 mile route, switched it up mid-run to make it a little easier, ended up doing about 5.2. not a bad distance, kept me moving for awhile. my legs felt weak. didn't get to out of breath, but my legs hurt. i don't like that. going to start stretching a little bit before running, doing some sprints, going for a 1/2 hourish run, and then doing a few more sprints. i need to get faster.
tryouts went well. lots to watch, lots to take in. i got very excited to see how good some of the players were. should be a lot of fun and a very competitive team.
dinner was just a grilled cheese sandwich and a half-can of soup. delicious.
ate well yesterday, let's keep it a habit.
