now and later

first day, first post.

want to start this as another attempt to keep myself motivated to eat better, get into shape, and be less lazy.

doing well so far at the getting into shape. been running on a day-to-day basis and have started to feel results. really need to focus on pushing myself past some first signs of improvement.

eating healthy is f-in tough. not sure how to really stay with it. i try and limit calorie intake and fat content. focusing on food that is high in protein, low in calories and fat/sat. fat. just need to do more research, eat more beans, buy skim milk possibly.

really need to start sprinting on a daily basis. very tough when it's dark and there are not any good places, but i need to step up the training. today is going to be the first day of squat jumps. 3 sets of 10. should really help with explosiveness, vertical leap.

ideally, posting everyday 1 or 2 days, keep myself in touch with.....myself. weird
