was hoping for at least a delay this morning, but alas, no delay.

got to the gym this morning.

warmed up doing cleans and power cleans.

(1) power cleans; 5x5 (135,135,135,145,145)
(2) treadmill intervals; 30sec on / 1min off x 10
-speed 8.5, incline 12

few stretches

great workout week so far, long ways to go.
