thursday; holy crap. feeling exhausted and completely drained.  managed to push through it, but need to this week over and can take it easy next week.
*shoulder warmup
(1) bench; 5x125, 3x145, 8x165
(2) bench; 3x10 @ 115
(2) pullups; 8,8,6 (these were especially hard)
(2) back extension; 3x13 w/45lb plate
(3) db swing; 30-20-10 w/70lb db
(3) burpees; 15-10-5
(3) inverted row; 10-8-6
went throuh (3) twice
total of:
-120 swings
-60 burpees
-48 rows
