whether or not they believed in it

well.

last friday; travel/rest day
saturday- played like shit. too many turnovers, no energy. completely in my own head. didn't play last game because of my ankle.
sunday- complete turnaround. felt awesome all day. legs felt fast, springy, and made much better decisions. still too many turnovers.
monday- did the resistance band routine.
3x15 squats
3x15 overhead press
3x10 lunge each leg
3x10 each arm curls
3x8 each way slides
2x30 crunches
2x20 man tacos
tuesday- started feeling really gross and sick late monday and tuesday was not good. took 10 discs and went and practiced release points and fakes. 40 forehands total, 40 backhands total.
today- resistance band routine again.
3x15 squats
3x15 overhead press
3x10 lunge each leg
3x10 bicep curl each arm
3x8 slide each way
2x30 crunches
2x20 man tacos
full stretch
later on snertzed it. this was really tough. with the cold killing my lungs and whatever sickness i have zapping my energy, the time lagged a little. 47 minutes.
200 ab things total
100 pushups total
agility tomorrow.

i challenge you to work harder.
