good week.
i stayed on my schedule, took wednesday off, did some situps too. felt good on the runs. made myself pace out my monday run. went a little harder on the tuesday run. wednesday off. lifted yesterday. did benchpress, tricep, curl, squats, and situps. felt good, felt strong.
had a delicious dinner of kielbasa and veggies. yeah zoo.
this weekend, another one day of a tourney. i am looking forward to playing again, wish i could get out there for a full weekend.
take time now to visualize good defense, good fakes, good skies.
